2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. An order is confirmed only once you receive an order-confirmation email.
3. Payment
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Cash on Delivery is available in select regions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns & Warranty
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days per our Returns policy. Eyewear is covered by a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
6. Intellectual Property
All brand names and trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners. Product names are used for descriptive purposes only. Site content may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, optixsol is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
