Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your shipment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Contact us at support@optixsol.com as soon as possible.
Products
Are your lenses UV-protected?
Yes. All optixsol lenses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
We currently sell frames and non-prescription lenses only. Prescription customisation is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days. Express (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders over Rs 14,000 ship free.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
