Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@optixsol.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour, or style? Start a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround since exchange stock is not reserved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 daysof delivery. Attach a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
