• Standard (Rs 350): 2–3 business days. Free on orders over Rs 14,000.
• Express (Rs 650): 1–2 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by tracking details once your package ships. Track any order anytime from the Track Order page using your order number.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, contact support@optixsol.comand we'll investigate or reship at no cost.
